Balancing Cycladic heritage with a contemporary aesthetic.
We work where Cycladic tradition meets contemporary architectural language. Architecture that is grounded, discreet within the landscape, clear in its intent. We weave bioclimatic principles into our design and choose materials that age beautifully over time — local stone, exposed concrete, timber, lime plaster.
We take on a deliberately small number of projects — private residences, boutique hotels, heritage restorations, interiors — so each space gets the full attention it deserves, and breathes the way it should when lived in.
We believe in an architecture that doesn't shout, but rests. A space isn't judged by its drawings — but by the way it breathes when you live in it.
Our studio was founded in 2007 by architects Zannis Pittakidis and Petros Markouizos.
